Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Join the Community Innovation Hub for the second gathering in our Día de los Muertos series, a celebration that brings our community together through remembrance, tradition, and shared stories.

Expanding the Community Ofrenda: As we build upon the ofrenda created earlier in the month, participants are encouraged to bring photos or small mementos of loved ones they wish to honor. By adding to this collective altar, we weave together a tapestry of memory that reflects the many ways we carry those we’ve lost in our hearts.

Cultural Reflections: This evening will provide space to learn more deeply about the cultural and spiritual significance of Día de los Muertos. Through discussion and storytelling, you’ll explore how these traditions highlight themes of connection, remembrance, and celebration of life.

Gathering in Community: In addition to reflection and learning, this event offers the chance to connect with others over pan dulce and light refreshments, creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can share, honor, and celebrate together.

This event is free and open to all ages. Whether you joined us earlier in the month or are coming for the first time, all are welcome to take part in this meaningful evening of remembrance and community.
