Dia De Las Mother's Day: Healing

Dia De Las Mother's Day is on May 11- the intersection between Mexcian and American Mothers Day.

The intention vision of the event is to have the 1st generation Mexican American Mother step up and connect on a deeper level to a mother, daughter, tia, or sister.

The Event is set up in two 1/2 day retreats=

6:30am-11am HEALTH + 1pm - 6:30pm Healing

The eventful retreat is brought together by 12 individuals all helping to bring health and healing modalities like:

HEALTH

Yoga, Meditation, and Journaling.

Lectuing on topics like : nutrition education, health supplements, hormores, self love.

HEALING

Tea Time, Paint and Photo booth, Breath Work, Circle Share, Silent Disco Latin Dance Party

• Healthy Lunch + Dinner
