Dearborn High School Theatre presents a Comedy...EPIC PROPORTIONS

Opening Wednesday, November 13th at 7:30 pm with additional performances on Thursday thru Saturday, November 14th,15th, and 16th, also at 7:30 pm.
Set in the 1930s, EPIC PROPORTIONS tells the story of two brothers, Benny and Phil, who go to the Arizona desert to be extras in the huge Biblical epic, Exeunt Omnes. However, things move very quickly in this riotous comedy and before you know it, Phil is directing the movie, and Benny is starring in it. To complicate matters further, they both fall in love with Louise, the assistant director in charge of the extras. Along the way there are gladiator battles, the Ten Plagues and a cast of thousands portrayed by 14 other actors.
This comic send up of Biblical films parodies many famous films and will have the audience laughing constantly.
Tickets: $12 General Admission, $10 College Students with ID, $8 Senior Citizens 65 and up and Students 18 and under and can be reserved by calling 313-827-1647. The show is family friendly.
The Cast features senior Emily Maginity, senior and junior Eva Hammoud, double cast as Louise Goldman. Seniors Carter Coykendall and Adam Makled are double cast as Phil Bennet while seniors Alexander Sassanelli and Stefano Ciavaglia are double cast as Benny Bennet.
Senior Hannah Frederick plays the Queen of the Nile while
senior Julius Owens is the Narrator and Slave Master and junior Christos Andreou plays the Roman Emperor and a Gladiator
Junior Jesse Good is film director D.W. DeWitt and junior Giovanni Bitonti plays assistant director Jack with junior Ameena Toumi in the role of scenic designer, Shel. Juniors Jack Rutledge and D'Aria Fuller and freshman Abdullah Yousif play the 3 Conspirators
The Ensemble features juniors Shahed Ababneh, Emmy Lahay, sophomores Robert Milligan and Layla Salmassi, and freshman
Tristan Lahay and Sophia Lamb.
*Actors Maginity, Makled, and Sassanelli play their roles on Wednesday, November 13 and Friday, November 15
*Actors Hammoud, Coykendall, and Ciavaglia play their roles on Thursday, November 14 and Saturday, November 16.
