A Cry for Peace - In a world yearning for harmony, this evocative program explores the human cost of war and the enduring hope for peace.
This unique concert brings together choral and physical art to explore the deep impact of war and our collective hope for peace. DGCS is partnering with the Elmhurst Artists’ Guild to present Sir Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace, ranked #2 in the 2025 Classic FM Hall of Fame. Each movement will be paired with a newly commissioned work of art, which will be projected during the concert and available for viewing and purchase afterward. We will also proudly present the debut performance of DGCS's newly formed Chamber Choir. Don’t miss it!
