In Loving Memory of Otis Forrest Jr.
July 12, 1999 – August 24, 2024
Otis was one of the real ones — a kind soul, a loyal friend, and a steady light in our community. On the course or off, he showed up with heart, helped without being asked, and always had time for others.
This tournament isn’t just about birdies and baskets — it’s about honoring Otis by lifting others up, just like he did. Proceeds go to Peyton Troop 148B, helping young youth grow into leaders, teammates, and good humans.

• 🎯 $20 registration on UDisc — includes a player’s pack + a chance at the beautiful Otis Memorial Disc (limited edition!)
• 🤝 Play for free to honor Otis — or, if you’re able, register to directly support the Scouts
• 🎟 Big raffle with tons of prizes, including a cart donated by Otis’s mom and gear from KWIK Discs
• 🟢 Local Boy Scouts will be on-site volunteering
