Meeting at Quick trip in Burleson (our usual meet up spot) at 6am We will head out down 35 where we will hit exit 3 and hop on the legacy run cross under 35 to Texas Traverse and take that up to Bynum and into Abbott from there we will hit 35 up to the Chech Stop for a quick bathroom break /Kolachi grab and go
From there back on 35 where we will continue to Lockhart (the bbq capital of Texas) where we will stop for lunch.
From there we will take the back roads of Lockhart up to Luling then back on to the hwy where we will continue on into Port Aransas.
Several people will be camping or you can book a room somewhere that’s up to you guys.
Saturday we will eat breakfast (TBA) then head out to the far north side entrance then take it all the way down to Corpus Christi where we will then enter white cap beach. From there we will hit the north shore beach and take it all the way down.
Sunday we will head home.
Note: this will be mainly a driving trip with hopefully nice beautiful weather. It may be a little cold for swimming but if anyone has RC cars bring them the beach is an awesome place to run them.
For those camping hopefully it’s not too windy for a grill but that’s always a toss up. Our last visit was super windy making it almost impossible to grill out on the beach.
