This in-person event is your chance to see how high schools are preparing the next generation of welders, cnc machinists, millwrights and production operators.

Alan from Trillium Lakelands will showcase the mindset and skillset that todays co-op students are bringing to local employers. They are well prepared and an immediate asset.

Rob will cover funding from the CTMA to help purchase advanced equipment for classrooms, training on that equipment for teachers, and grants to businesses that offset the real costs of on the job training.

Technology students from IE Weldon will be exhibiting projects.
