SESSION EIGHT of an inspiring 12 session cross-generational wellbeing programme for Black, Asian and minority ethnic women
About this Event

Whether you’re coping, not coping, or simply carrying on because life has always required it, this programme offers an inspiring room where you don’t have to prove anything. And if you are fine, or at least fine enough, you’re welcome too. This isn’t only a space for struggle; it’s a space for growth, confidence, connection, and a moment of reset for women.

Developing Me: Empowering Us is a warm, inspiring, and transformational programme designed for BAME women navigating real life, the responsibilities, the expectations, and the quiet strength, that follows you into every room. You don’t need to arrive with a story you can simply come as you are.

Across 12 inspiring sessions, delivered in small, culturally safe groups, you’ll experience a wellbeing reset, alongside practical, life and confidence‑building topics such as:

  • Identity & belonging
  • Stress, Burnout and Reset
  • Healing Circle and Navigating Grief
  • Confidence & Self‑expression
  • Resilience and Storytelling for growth
  • Understanding Mother–daughter relationships
  • Money mindset, Budgeting and Everyday Financial Control
  • Healthy boundaries and Self-Management
  • Life Planning, Motivation & Self‑Awareness
  • Leadership, Communication and Speaking UP
  • Personal brand, style & self‑worth

Each session stands alone, and you can join at any point in the cycle.
