About this Event

EMS field training and evaluation programs (EMS-FTEP™) must effectively interface with other parts of the agency. Courses that focus on the development or management of EMS-FTEP™ can be taken as a 1-day course on either the Developing or Managing aspect of a FTO program or as a combined two-day course. This is intended for supervisors, educators, managers, and executives who want to develop a sound, legally defensible EMS field training and evaluation programs to integrate new employees smoothly and effectively into their agencies or to strengthen and solidify an existing field training program.
