This practical, interactive workshop is designed for pre-start entrepreneurs, start-ups, and established small businesses who want to make confident, informed decisions about funding.

The session will guide you through how to develop a clear, realistic funding plan based on your business needs; whether that’s starting up, managing cashflow, or supporting growth.

You’ll explore the different types of funding available to small businesses, what funders are really looking for, and common mistakes to avoid. Most importantly, you’ll work through a simple framework to define how much funding you need, what it’s for, and where it might come from.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a draft one-page funding plan and practical tools you can refine and use after the session.
