This year we are excited to present a captivating showcase that features the extraordinary talents of both our esteemed alumni artists and our current company members. The Concert will feature an excerpt from Journey's End a legacy piece that holds a cherished place in our hearts at DDC. Originally choreographed 35 years ago by our co-founder and artistic director Barbara Selinger this poignant work has captivated audiences since its premiere in 1990. Journey's End is not just a performance; it's a powerful exploration of our relationship with the environment imbued with emotional depth that resonates with today's pressing issues.

Selinger also presents excerpts from Rise Again a new work that will be completed and premiered in DDC's 45th Celebration Concert in May 2025. Rise Again is a refreshing new work that embodies themes of positivity and resilience. Audiences are invited to engage in an uplifting experience that highlights the strength of the human spirit.
