Join us at Fit Social on Saturday, April 4 from 10:00 a to 12:00p for a day of movement, recovery, and community together by the beach.

The morning begins with bodyweight HIIT class, after class, stay and reset with:

Cold plunges and heated saunas
Live music
Local wellness vendors
And a few surprises!

Come solo or bring a friend!

Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle!
