Join Theresa Hansen at Freedom's Edge Brewery for a Holiday Edition of Detox Retox. Not only will we detox our bodies and minds we will detox from the building stress of the upcoming holidays.
The holidays are fabulous and a very joyous time of the year, but how many of you have overcommitted yourself to participate and attend in ALL of the things? It happens and without consciously realizing it we skip our practice, we lose sight of our self care activities and we get lost in the world of cheese and Christmas Programs...
Wear your Christmas (Ugly or not) Sweaters and join me for an hour long Vinyasa Flow practice followed by mindful connection with each other over a locally crafted pint.
