Join Trina for the first Saturday and Jenny for the Third Saturday of each month for our Detox and Retox Yoga.
No better way to start the weekend than recharging the mind and soul with an all levels Yoga Flow, then refueling the body with the best food and drink in the area (in our humble opinion).
Depending on the day, class may be held in the pub/brewery. Please bring your own yoga mat.
