Choose the class that fits your morning. Come for a relaxing Sip & Stretch, try Beginner Adult Ballet in a welcoming no-pressure setting, or join our Intermediate/Advanced Ballet class if you have previous ballet experience.

This is a perfect Destin activity for a girls’ weekend, bachelorette trip, birthday weekend, wellness morning, or solo self-care moment. No full weekend commitment required, each class is ticketed separately so you can drop in for one class or book multiple.

A relaxing morning stretch class followed by tea connection time. Perfect for waking up the body, feeling refreshed, and starting your day connecting with beautiful people.

• Ballet for Adults - Beginners

A beginner-friendly adult ballet class made for women who want to try ballet in a supportive, approachable environment. No ballet experience required.

Time: 9:00–10:00 AM

Level: Beginner / no experience needed

• Ballet for Adults - Intermediate / Advanced

A longer adult ballet class for dancers with previous ballet experience who want to move, refine technique, and enjoy a full class in an elevated beachside setting.

Time: 10:00–11:30 AM
