Join us from 5 to 6 p.m. as Bending Branch 1840 and ChickenDuck Bourbons partner with The Swiss Chocolate Shoppe for a guided tasting flight featuring four distinctive bourbon-and-chocolate pairings, each designed to highlight the rich flavors of both.

About The Swiss Chocolate Shoppe

During his travels in Switzerland, Matthew Willis developed a deep love for gourmet chocolate. Inspired by a chocolate-making class in Interlaken, he decided to share his newfound passion with San Antonio, Texas. In December 2019, he opened The Swiss Chocolate Shoppe, after thoroughly researching the finest Swiss ingredients and crafting a thoughtfully curated menu of chocolate delights.

Matthew has successfully transformed his passion for chocolate into a growing business in Texas. What began as a small cottage kitchen has since evolved into a commercial production space, all while maintaining a focus on high-quality Swiss products. The shop’s offerings, from decadent chocolate bars and truffles to creamy spreads, make for an irresistible selection.
