Des Moines’s local group for Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America is honored to host our inaugural Suicide Prevention Summit on Sunday, September 29, at 3 PM, at Drake University’s Patty and Fred Turner Jazz Center. This event is an important opportunity for suicide prevention groups, community violence intervention organizations, and community members and legislators to meet and collaborate to fulfill the diverse needs of individuals most impacted by gun suicide.
