Join us for the July 2026 meeting of the Derry-Free Horror Book Club, The Briar Patch's book club dedicated to spine-tingling reads. Vol. 18 of the Derry-Free Horror Book Club will discuss THE CHILDREN by Melissa Albert, haunting new novel in which the estranged adult children of a legendary author, written into their dead mother’s beloved fantasy series, must contend with the vine-like creep of legacy, memory, and magic.
Join us on Wednesday, July 22 at 7:30pm at BookSpace (48 Columbia St., Bangor) to talk about the novel, its characters, scares and more. There will also be light refreshments!
