Join us for the January 2026 meeting of the Derry-Free Horror Book Club, The Briar Patch new book club dedicated to spine-tingling reads. Vol. 12 of the Derry-Free Horror Book Club will discuss Dark Sisters by Kristi DeMeester in which three women must chase a curse through the generations in order to reclaim their power.Join us on Wednesday, January 28 at 7:30pm at BookSpace (48 Columbia St., Bangor) to talk about the novel, its characters, scares and more. There will also be light refreshments!

For more than 35 years, The Briar Patch has inspired and delighted generations of readers of all ages in Bangor, Maine.
