Derby Day Pinup Pageant

The Colorado Pinup Club is off to the races at The Association! Put on those fancy hats and fabulous fascinators and come strut your stuff at the Derby Day Pinup Pageant on Saturday May 3, 2025 @ 3:00PM. Theme: Derby Darlings — Show us the bold florals, bright colors and crazy hats we’d see at the sidelines! $25 registration fee, beginners welcomed and encouraged! Stick around after the contest for a Kentucky Derby watch party hosted by The Association!

FULL RULES AND FINE DETAILS:

1. Contestants must be 18+ and identify as female. The first 20 contestants to register and pay the non-refundable $25 entrance fee are in the contest.

2. Attire for the contest: This will be a traditional style pinup contest. Any style is welcome, but please see information above regarding theme! Please refrain from short shorts, exposed belly buttons, excessive cleavage, nudity, flashing, pasties, lingerie, bikinis, thongs, or Halloween style costumes. This is NOT a Halloween themed event!! If your outfit does not meet these expectations, you will be asked to modify or change your clothes. If you cannot do so in a timely manner and be present when the contest starts, you may be disqualified.

3. This is a family friendly event, and you are expected to have appropriate behavior at the event. No excessive drinking that results in being drunk will be permitted. Any contestant found to be extremely intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave without a refund. No bullying of any kind will be tolerated. Anyone found to be harassing other participants or family members will be automatically disqualified from the contest.

4. Prizes!!! A crown, sash, and prize basket will be awarded to first, second, and third place. First place will also receive a cash prize! All contestants will receive a gift bag for participation.

5. Judging Criteria: Contestants will be judged in the following categories.- Makeup/Hair/Wardrobe- Introduction- Question- Personal Presentation- Photo PoseVoting will be conducted privately by a panel of judges.
