Derby Community Jobs Fair

Derby City Council, in partnership with the DWP and Derby Market Hall, invites you to the Derby Community Jobs Fair on Wednesday 25 February, 10:00am – 2:00pm!

Whether you’re looking for your first role, returning to work, or seeking a new challenge, this is your chance to meet a wide range of employers offering full and part-time opportunities at all levels.

Accessibility:

There will be a quiet hour from 12:30pm - 1:30pm with no background music, creating a calmer environment for visitors.

UC Claimants - Anyone who is a UC Claimant can recieve travel support to placement.

Derby City Councils Employment and Skills Hub helps you gain the confidence, support and skills to move into employment. To learn more about The Employment Hub, contact [email protected] or visit our webpage.

DWP offers support and financial assistance to help people move into employment. The Employment Hub is working with DWP Youth Teams on this programme offering support and ensuring no sanctions are placed on anyone participating in this programme. You will need to inform your JCP Work Coach that you are participating in this programme to avoid any sanctions.
