Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance Group (DBSA)

The Happier Life Project is thrilled to collaborate with the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), a leading national organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals dealing with depression and bipolar disorder. DBSA offers a multitude of resources, including peer-led support groups, educational tools, and advocacy initiatives focused on enhancing the well-being of those with mood disorders.

Our DBSA meetings, hosted in partnership with The Happier Life Project, provide a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can share their experiences and gain support from others facing similar challenges. These groups are pivotal in helping participants find acceptance and understanding, essential elements for managing and recovering from mood disorders.

In addition to our support groups, we embrace DBSA’s commitment to public education, which aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental health conditions. The organization also offers practical tools for tracking mood, health, Medic*tion, and overall progress, and actively engages in advocacy to influence mental health policies and practices favorably.
