Depot Holiday Market

Welcome to the Depot Holiday Market! Join us at the Cheyenne Depot in Downtown Cheyenne, WY for a festive experience. This one day event located in the heart of Cheyenne is the perfect time and location for Christmas shopping. There are a total of 15 indoor vendor spaces and 3 outdoor spaces for food trucks.

Set up will be Friday, November 29, at 2pm. The show will run Saturday, November 30 from 10am-6pm. The Christmas Parade starts at 5:30pm Saturday, so teardown will be Sunday at 8am.

A list of the basic requirements for the event are listed below.

Vendor Requirements:

1. Sampling of consumable products: soup mixes, dips, herbs, vinegars, jellies etc. in Craft area is allowed if guidelines are met for serving and maintaining products according to County & State Health Department regulations.

2. If an outdoor vendor booth needs a tent, vendor is required to provide their own tent and tent weights. Each corner needs to be properly and securely weighted down with sand or concrete. The Cheyenne Depot Museum is NOT responsible for any damage due to weather or improperly weighted tents.

3. Participants will setup and maintain booths with their own equipment and materials (i.e tables, chairs, tents, generator, no electricity available on site, etc).

4. Participants must remain for the entire length of the event, unless deemed an emergency. Early departure will result in forfeiture of future event consideration.

5. Vendor displays must be within the marked boundaries to facilitate foot traffic through the show.

6. It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to collect the required sales tax during the event. Each vendor is responsible for reporting sales tax to the State of Wyoming. Contact the Wyoming. Dept. of Revenue at 307-777-5211. This is not a duty of the Cheyenne Depot Museum or any of its affiliates to collect.

7. Retail and food vendors are expected to provide their own insurance.

8. No Refunds after 7 days prior to Event set up date.

Parking is not provided, vendors are responsible for their own parking.
