If you are between the ages of 12-18, please have a legal guardian present to sign waiver prior to attending class.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to park, complete a waiver, and get settled-in.

We DO NOT break for lunch, so please bring snacks and water for breaks.

Please come in work-out attire and shoes.
