Refund Policy for Event Tickets

1. 100% Refund Policy: You are eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket price if you cancel your booking until 60 days before the event date.
2. 50% Refund Policy: If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before the event date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price.
3. No Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued if you cancel your booking 30 days or less before the event date.
4. Ticket Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time before the event date. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance with the name and contact information of the new ticket holder
5. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
6. Exceptions: In case of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation period.
