The Dental Men's Network two-day conference is designed as a sanctuary for the quiet majority of men in dentistry who often feel they can't speak candidly in normal professional settings. We are bypassing the typical filtered professional development to bring you an environment of raw, "real talk" about the unique pressures and ambitions facing men in this field. Friday morning starts with an unfiltered yet hilarious keynote from Frank King, the Mental Health Comedian. He will set the tone for the weekend where we address the elephant in the room: men's mental health, combined with the hard-won business acumen needed to excel in a competitive market. Join some of the most in demand speakers for this two day retreat. Speakers like Rick Garofolo, Justin Withrow, Todd King, Justin Larson and many more will all be presenting interactive presentations.
Our curriculum is not filtered by corporate HR. Instead, we are giving you a direct line to discuss the topics that truly matter for your legacy: hiring, firing, HR challenges, competition, and sustainable profitability. You will engage in daily live classes and presentations that provide actionable strategies on business management and leadership, followed by dedicated Q&A sessions. Saturday morning focuses on the critical legal and HR issues that keep you up at night, followed by deeper dives into financial management. As part of the Dental Men's Network Conference experience, each participant will complete a DISC behavioral assessment prior to the event. On Saturday morning, we will dedicate a focused 90 minute session reviewing these results in detail, providing attendees with a clear understanding of their individual communication styles, strengths, and behavioral tendencies. This session is designed to offer both personal insight and practical application, helping participants better navigate leadership, team dynamics, and decision-making in their professional and personal lives. By translating DISC insights into actionable strategies, attendees will leave with a deeper awareness of how to leverage their natural style while effectively adapting to others.
