Join me at Anuttara Yoga Shala in the Maha Kula room for a workshop where we will explore the powerful connection between your breath and nervous system. Learn the science behind breath work, why is works, and how you can manage stress, increase focus, and support emotional balance.
We will break down key breathwork techniques like Three-Part Breath, Box Breathing, and Sip Breath, simple tools you can use anywhere and anytime. Whether you are brand new to breathwork or even looking to review the basics, this session offers a practical, down-to-earth approach to this valuable life skill.
Participants will walk away with:
- A basic understanding of how breathwork impacts the nervous system
- Insights to the difference between relaxation and true self-regulation
- 2-3 simple breathwork techniques to use in daily life
- A deeper awareness of their internal state and how to shift it
Pillows and bolsters are available first come, first serve. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Pre-Registration is advised.
