Following the incredible success of the launch of DEMOTAPE we are proud to announce DEMOTAPE #2!
DEMOTAPE showcases original music from local producers including from our own House of the South DJs and the Bournemouth based Affiliate record label
All the music you will hear is 100% produced by the DJs sharing their passion for making music they love. Please come and show support for the DJs who’ve spent many years between them building their back catalogues to be able to bring you exclusive sets never heard anywhere before.
House of the South host Stu Tones kicks off the music at 8pm sharp. Stu has been working on lots of new music to share plus will be playing some of the best tracks from his back catalogue.
Next up is local and HOTS legend Brian Holt who will be playing his latest high energy tech house - his tunes have been so well received on the dance floor since the first DEMOTAPE so we can't wait to see what he has been cooking up this time.
Headlining we have a very special guest playing his first ever producer set - Erik Bruce! Playing alongside Pete B in an epic 1.75 hour set, they will be playing brilliant progressive house and breaks. Pete smashed it out the park last time and we can't wait to see what he brings this time alongside Erik who is making it all the way over from the Isle of Wight to play.
Closing the night is IamU who will be bringing his eclectic blend of underground house, tech house, garage and techno.
If you enjoy discovering original music and artists then DEMOTAPE is a great opportunity to listen to something different and support emerging artists.
This is the only House of the South night in June as so much other stuff going on locally - we expect it to be a great party!
This is free entry all night and we hope to see lots of the House of the South and Affiliate community.
There is free on street car parking near The Bell and there is a paid carpark around the corner on Seabourne Road (below the Dolphin Mews building). The Bell is also directly opposite Pokesdown station making it easy to get to by train.
We will start at 8pm and end at midnight. See you on the dance floor!
