DEMO + FREE Class! This class is offered FREE to all who register! Minimum age requirement is 16. Pre-registration is required for all non-current students.
The Demo will start promptly at 10:45a. The FREE self-defense class will follow. The self-defense class will last until 12p. Membership Q&A will be from 12p - 12:30p.
We will be offering new student specials, gear giveaways and other incentives to get the most out of 2025! Join us!

You will be introduced to the Tsun Jo® System, a method for practical self defense. You will be guided step by step to learn a functional self defense skillset that is simple, highly effective and reliable. You will join a community of committed martial artists seeking practical skill development.

"When you're walking down the street and you see someone who looks threatening, do you have a plan? A set of skills, basic or advanced, that you can call upon to respond effectively? After training in a "traditional" martial art for 7 years, I didn't feel I could answer yes to that question. If that person attacked me in a specific way with the right kind of momentum I could use my training. But that left about a million other ways for me to get knocked down and beat up.
