Join us every third Thursday from 12:00pm–1:00pm at The Blake at Tyler for Dementia Together — a welcoming monthly support group offering education, encouragement, meaningful conversation, and connection for those navigating Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias.
This gathering is designed for individuals with loved ones experiencing changes in memory, behavior, or thinking who are looking for support, guidance, resources, and community in a compassionate, judgment-free environment.
The support group is facilitated by Tiffany Clements, C.D.S., CARES Dementia Specialist and Care Program Development, Education, and Outreach Specialist with Home-Aid Caregivers.
Light lunch/refreshments provided by The Blake at Tyler.
