We invite families and caregivers to join us for a welcoming, supportive discussion series focused on sharing experiences, learning together, and building connection while supporting someone living with dementia.This six month program will meet on the last Thursday of each month. Each session will feature guided conversations inspired by The 36 Hour Day by Nancy L. Mace, MA, and Peter V. Rabins, MD, MPH, with three chapters explored each month.
What to Expect
-A supportive, guided group discussion
-Complimentary copy of The 36 Hour Day
-A thoughtful journal for notes, questions, and reflections
-Snacks and beverages provided
