You become a Dementia Friend by attending this one-hour discussion to learn:

What it’s like to live with dementia
Simple ways to support someone living with the disease
This is not a training session. Instead, you’ll gain understanding and commit to a small, practical action that helps someone in your community—every action counts!

Communication tips
Real-life perspectives on living with dementia
No prior knowledge or personal connection to dementia is required.
