The dementia caregiver support group is for people who are currently taking care of a someone that has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and/or another dementia. The group is open to anyone that lives in and around the Faribault area. Our group is held on the last Wednesday of every month from 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
We want you to know that you are not alone. It truly does take a village. This is why we are here. We can provide educational material or extra resources to assist you as you continue on this journey.
