Join us each month for Caregiver Connections, a support group for anyone who loves someone with Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia. Featuring regular guest speakers as well as experts from CountryHouse, our goal is to support you as you provide care for your loved one.
The program is free. Refreshments will be served. Participants are encouraged to bring their loved one with dementia. The CountryHouse staff will lead them in an activity during the support group.
