Part one will equip you with effective communication and coping strategies for managing the challenges that arise in dementia care. Part two will then explore proactive measures for promoting optimal brain health throughout life, focusing on evidence-based lifestyle strategies like nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management that can enhance cognitive function and potentially reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
