Tampa, are you READY to turn up and throw some hands?! ‘Dem Handz Tho' is not your average workout—it’s a high-energy, crunk-fueled boxing experience that will have you punching, sweating, and feeling unstoppable!
You’ve probably seen boxers hitting mitt work with their trainers, and now it’s your turn to bring that same explosive energy into your workout. This class will be led by certified fitness trainer and amateur boxer Sherika Holmes, straight from Memphis, Tennessee—where we do things LITTY and HYPE! 💥
