After years of working directly with early-stage founders across Romania through Launch Romania’s projects and initiatives, one thing became clear: ambition exists, talent exists, but real focus is rare.

From June 8–12, ambitious tech founders already building products and companies will join us for 5 days designed around one thing: execution.

A central hub for startup builders, where ideas sharpen, strategy gets challenged, and momentum begins.
🔹 June 10–12: Off-grid, near Bucharest
Away from noise, distractions, and performative networking — into a focused environment built for deep work, strategic clarity, and real building.
Alongside a powerful lineup of founders, operators, and investors including Andy Budd, Jason Meresman, Zoltan Vardy, Bogdan Iordache, Xenia Muntean, Gina Dragulin, Mircea Căpățînă, George Lemnaru, Alexandru Băduț and many others, participants will experience hands-on sessions, walking clinics, direct feedback, and meaningful conversations.
