About this Event

We're inviting you to join our Roundtable: Delivering the Warm Homes Plan: Procurement, Skills and Place-Based Retrofit.

You're invited to join our roundtable at FutureBuild that brings together leaders from across the housing and retrofit ecosystem, to explore how the sector can move from retrofit ambition to sustained delivery at scale across all homes.

While the Warm Homes Plan sets the policy direction, its success will depend on collaboration between:

  • Housing associations
  • Local authorities
  • Combined authorities
  • Supply chains
  • Education and training providers
  • National policy groups

This session will focus on three strategic questions shaping the future of place-based retrofit delivery.

  1. Moving from Retrofit Projects to Retrofit Programmes

How do we shift from fragmented retrofit projects to coordinated place-based programmes

  1. Procurement as a Catalyst for Market Growth

How can procurement unlock long-term retrofit delivery while supporting the objectives of the National Procurement Policy Statement?

  1. Developing the Skills and Knowledge Base for Retrofit

How do we build the workforce and organisational knowledge required to deliver retrofit at scale?
