Giving feedback doesn’t have to be stressful—for you or the recipient. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn a simple yet powerful model for delivering feedback with confidence, so your conversations feel productive rather than tense or defensive. Through practical strategies, hands-on practice, and personalized coaching, you’ll walk away ready to offer feedback that leaves both you and the recipient aligned and clear.

In this session, participants will: 

• Learn a model for delivering feedback that empowers recipients to take meaningful action.
• Explore strategies for centering and grounding yourself during high-stakes conversations.
• Engage in practice conversations to deliver feedback in a constructive and productive way through personalized coaching.

Participants are asked to bring a real-life feedback topic to practice during the session. This could be a personal or professional conversation that you need to have, or one from the past that you wish had gone better.
