Delirium Tremens in Anstruther (with Jeremy Hodges)

Mr Thomson, the 'curat' of Anstruther Easter, was a man highly obnoxious to the devout... find out why at Typewronger's annual event to mark the birthday of Robert Louis Stevenson. His short tale of a drunken cleric's encounter with the Devil will be celebrated with a new zine and a talk by RLS biographer Jeremy Hodges, who explains how this 440-word masterpiece is all that remains of a 'lost' Stevenson story and muses on what might have been.

Jeremy Hodges has written about Robert Louis Stevenson for the past 32 years, including Lamplit, Vicious Fairy Land, downloadable free from Napier University's RLS Website, https://robert-louis-stevenson.org/lamplit-vicious-fairy-land/ and Mrs Jekyll & Cousin Hyde, Luath Press. He edits the RLS Club's newsletter and co-ordinates the annual RLS Day events in Edinburgh and further afield.
