Full IRON Distance ( 40 Slots) – 3.8 Km Swim, 180 Km Cycle, 42 Km Run – (Cut off Time – Swim 2h20m, Cycle – 8h 10m, Run – 6h30m, Total – 17h)

We are Happy to be back .....
Relay/Team of either 2 or 3 - This category 1 Team Member will have to either do the entire Category( Only Swim or Only Cycling/Only Running)
One segment cannot be attempted/shared by other Team Members.( Saying that if X is swimming then X has to finish the entire 3.8 Kms,Y the entire cycling challenge and Z has to the Running Part)

Swim will Happen at CAA Leopard Trail Swimming Pool and going to KMP and terminating back in CAA and the run will start from there itself and finishing at the same point.
The same will happen for Full Iron ....

Swim will happen in CAA Swimming Pool complex Leopard Trails Gurgaon and will go to KMP Gurgaon and will terminate at the same place. Your run will start and finish at from the same place.
