Sur un ring de boxe, Marco Delgado, danseur gracile et svelte, et Valentin Pythoud, acrobate musculeux et puissant, s’engagent dans une partition physique qui tient autant de la parade nuptiale que de la lutte gréco-romaine. Jouant de leurs différences physionomiques avec humour et poésie, leurs corps se lovent, se repoussent et se retrouvent pour finalement ne faire qu’un.
Porté par la musique psychédélique d’Erkin Koray, superstar du rock anatolien des années 1970, ce duel, à la fois drôle, maladroit, sensuel et fragile, résonne comme un hommage tendre à tous les corps, aussi imparfaits soient-ils. Une performance décalée, qui évoque le charme cocasse d’un autre duo : 𝘜𝘯 𝘗𝘰𝘺𝘰 𝘙𝘰𝘫𝘰, spectacle qui avait enflammé notre public en octobre 2021.

In a boxing ring, Marco Delgado, a slender and graceful dancer, and Valentin Pythoud, a muscular and powerful acrobat, engage in a physical duet that is as much a mating dance as it is a Greco-Roman wrestling match. Playing off their physical differences with humour and poetry, their bodies intertwine, repel, and reunite to ultimately become one.
Set to the psychedelic music of Erkin Koray, the Anatolian rock superstar of the 1970s, this duel, both funny and clumsy, sensual and fragile, resonates as a tender tribute to all bodies, however imperfect they may be. A quirky performance that evokes the charming whimsy of another duo: 𝘜𝘯 𝘗𝘰𝘺𝘰 𝘙𝘰𝘫𝘰, a show that set our audiences ablaze in October 2021.
