This year's honorees will receive the 4Cs Community Awards, given to leaders who are consistent, committed, community-focused, and connected in their service. So bring your dancing shoes and come ready to celebrate the people whose work strengthens our community!

Sunday, September 13th, 2026, Rivers Casino, Portsmouth, Virginia Doors open at 3:00 p.m. | Program begins at 4:00 p.m.
Tickets Individual: $35 through August 15th | $45 beginning August 16th.
Table of 10: $350 through August 15th | $450 beginning August 16th. Each ticket includes a plated dinner.
Dress Code: Wear your best shades of blue. Whether dressy casual or dressed to impress, come ready to celebrate.
