By attending Del Mar Dance events, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event, including, but not limited to, any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability. Furthermore, by entering the event premises, you grant Del Mar Dance the irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free right to use your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, and promotion of Del Mar Dance and its events.

By attending Del Mar Dance Events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Independent Conduct: You are solely responsible for your actions and conduct during the Event and at all associated pre- and post-event activities. Del Mar Dance LLC (DBA: Del Mar Dance Cruise LLC) ("Organizer") is not responsible for, and disclaims any liability arising from, your behavior.

No Defamation, Libel, or Slander: You agree not to engage in any defamatory, libelous, or slanderous statements, whether written or verbal, against the Organizer, its staff, other attendees, or any third party, whether during or after the Event. You understand that such actions may result in legal action by the affected parties.

Harassment, Assault, and Criminal Activity: The Organizer has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, assault, and any other criminal activity. You understand that engaging in such behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in your immediate removal from the Event and potential legal consequences. The Organizer expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the actions of attendees or staff members who engage in such activities.

No Affiliation: The Organizer's role is limited to organizing and facilitating the Event. Your attendance does not create any affiliation, partnership, or agency relationship with the Organizer. The Organizer is not responsible for any actions or statements made by attendees or staff members outside of the scope of their official duties related to the Event.

Release and Indemnification: You agree to release and indemnify the Organizer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your conduct during the Event, including, but not limited to, claims related to defamation, libel, slander, harassment, assault, or other criminal activities.

Florida Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action arising from this disclaimer shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

Right of Removal: The Organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for any conduct that it deems disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of this disclaimer.

Severability: If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Reporting and Legal Action: You understand that any claims of harassment, assault, or other potential criminal accusations communicated to the Organizer about any attendee or staff member will be immediately shared with the Organizer's legal counsel for further review and potential legal action. The Organizer is not obligated to take action on hearsay or claims that cannot be proven in a court of law. The Organizer reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement in any investigation. The Organizer also reserves the right to pause the work or attendance of any staff member or attendee, respectively, as legal proceedings provide a result.

Staff Liability Release: All Organizer staff members have signed a release of liability, indemnifying the Organizer from any and all claims related to their actions, whether lawful or unlawful, that are not directly related to their assigned duties during the Event.
