Do you want a nice meal for you and your family while supporting the DeKalb County 4-H Foundation? Then we have the meal for you! On July 12 the DeKalb County 4-H Foundation along with the DeKalb Area Pork Producers will be conducting their annual Pork Chop Drive Thru Dinner at the DeKalb County Farm Bureau Building. NEW this year, come anytime before 6:30 PM to look at all the 4-H General Projects on display. The projects will be open to the public from 8 AM until 6:30 PM. There will be FREE, fun, hands-on family activities from 9 AM-4 PM.
• Cost? $15 a ticket, which includes 2 pork chops, pasta salad, baked beans, applesauce and a roll.
• How? Tickets can be purchased from area 4-H club members, Foundation Board members, the DeKalb County Extension Office.
• All tickets need to be purchased by Tuesday, June 25.
• When? Pick up times for the dinner on July 12 will be from 4 to 6:30 PM at the Farm Bureau Building.
• Why? The proceeds from this fundraising dinner will go to support the DeKalb County 4-H program.
