Attention Fresno! SPARTAN / DEKA & WARRIOR FITNESS are excited to bring you our new challenge designed to test and challenge you to a whole new level of competition. Our DEKA STRONG consists of (10) functional training zones with zero running. In addition we've created 4 categories for you to choose from: - TEAMS: 2-person teams allowed.
- INDIVIDUAL: still the ultimate standard.
- KIDS: 2 age categories: 10-11 & 12-13.
- RUCK: The Ruck division is simply the same race, just wearing a weight vest (30-lbs for men / 20-lbs for women).
As for the EVENT DETAILS it's a very simple race -- 10 functional exercise zones completed as fast as possible, in the following order:
1. WEIGHTED LUNGES, 30 (M: 55lbs F:33lbs)
2. ROW, 500m
3. BOX STEP, 20
4. WEIGHTED SITUPS, 25 (M: 20lbs, F: 14lbs)
5. SKI ERG, 500m
6. FARMERS CARRY, 100m (M: 60lbs, F: 40lbs)
7. ECHO BIKE, 25 calories
8. DEAD BALL THROW, 20 (M: 60lbs, F: 40-lbs)
9. TANK PUSH/PULL, 100m (M: level 3, F: level 2)
10. BURPEE RAM, 20 (M: 44lbs, F: 22lbs)
