DeFlock Stanwood Meeting

Let's meet in person to discuss a) convincing the Stanwood city council not to renew the Flock contract, and b) if that does not work, look into when individual council members up for re-election to start the process of recruiting candidates who are against mass surveillance.
If we expect to exceed the capacity of the Stanwood library meeting room, we'll work on figuring out an alternate location.
