This hybrid conference—featuring keynote addresses by Liz Herbert McAvoy, Michelle M. Sauer, and Adrienne Williams Boyarin—will examine themes of periodization, religious and secular literatures, linguistics, and more, with a focus on how medieval communities (and modern scholars) “define themselves.”
Highlights:
- Banquet at Peppino’s: An evening of camaraderie and conversation (ticketed separately).
- Sunday Excursion to Salem, MA: Visit the House of the Seven Gables and the Salem Witch Museum (ticketed separately)
