There was a time when an evening out was more than dinner - it was an occasion.

Defalco Reserve was created to celebrate that tradition through exceptional Italian cuisine, thoughtfully selected wines, timeless live music, and meaningful conversation in an intimate setting.

Join us for the inaguaral Defalco Reserve evening on Saturday, October 24, as REMBAR is transformed into an exclusive supper club experience reserved entirely for our guests.

Your reservation includes:

• Exclusive access to REMBAR for the evening
• A welcome glass of Italian Prosecco upon arrival
• A three-course plated Italian dinner
• Three curated Italian wine pairings
• Coffee or espresso served with dessert
• An intimate live performance by John Defalco celebrating the timeless classics of the Great American Songbook

Guests will begin the evening with a welcome glass of Italian Prosecco before being invited into the dining room for a thoughtfully curated dining experience accompanied by live music, elegant hospitality, and an atmosphere designed to slow time down.

Cocktail or Evening Attire is encouraged.

With seating limited to approximately 40 guests, Defalco Reserve is intentionally intimate, allowing every guest to become part of the experience.
