A sacred sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down, whilst allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to wash over you. Your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
I will use various instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a beautiful bronze Gong, Frame Drum and many more including my voice.
19:00-20:15 [doors 18:50] Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding, herbal tea and reconnecting before home.
Come along whether you are new to this experience or a seasoned enthusiast and feel held in the heart-led space whilst I take you on a transformational journey.
You will leave feeling rested and nurtured.
